Who is eligible to move into Jubilee Luxury Senior Living?
Jubilee welcomes seniors typically aged 60 and above—whether they are independent, semi-independent, or require assisted or memory care. Each prospective resident undergoes a pre-admission assessment to help us determine the appropriate level of care and accommodation.
How are the rooms structured, and what amenities are included?
Our residences feature fully furnished, en-suite rooms—available as single or shared accommodations. Each room includes a bed, wardrobe, seating area, private bathroom, LED TV, air-conditioning, and safety enhancements such as grab bars and anti-skid flooring.
Can I personalize my living space?
Yes. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture and personal belongings. Customizing your space helps you feel at home while ensuring it remains safe and comfortable for all.
What is your visiting policy for family members?
We maintain an open and welcoming visitation policy. Families are encouraged to visit frequently. Visits may require prior scheduling, depending on prevailing health and safety guidelines. Guests may also take residents out with advance coordination. However, overnight stays are generally not permitted to maintain the comfort and routine of all residents.
How are emergency and medical services handled?
We have well-established protocols for medical emergencies, falls, and fire safety. Residents have access to in-house physicians, round-the-clock nursing care, doctors on call, and partnerships with nearby hospitals. Ambulance services are available for immediate transport if needed.
Is daily health monitoring provided for all residents?
Daily health checks are conducted as per the care plan recommended by our medical team—particularly for residents managing conditions like diabetes or hypertension.
Can a resident transition to a higher level of care if needed?
Yes. If a resident’s health needs change, we carry out a fresh clinical and functional assessment and modify the care plan accordingly. This may include additional caregiver support, therapeutic interventions, or relocation to our assisted or memory care unit.
What kinds of activities and therapies are offered?
We offer a rich calendar of engagement including light exercise, sensory activities, music, art, games (like tambola and quizzes), movie screenings, festive celebrations, and social outings. Depending on their care plan, residents may also receive occupational therapy, memory training, speech therapy, and physiotherapy.
Can I request specific food once I move in?
Yes. Special dietary requests are accommodated during illness or on special occasions. For other preferences, residents are welcome to order from external food delivery services like Zomato, Swiggy, or Uber Eats—with assistance from our team if needed.
What are the pricing models?
